 Steve is a 37 year old native of Virginia who has resided in South Carolina since the early 80’s. Steve is single (so he has a lot of time to hunt) and has an 11 year old daughter. He has worked for the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office since 1989 and has worked in many different divisions within the Sheriff’s Office. Steve is currently assigned to the Homicide/Violent Crimes Division.
Steve started hunting deer when he was 15 years old, but has only been hunting turkeys for the past 10 years, but he knew that cold day in March when he heard his first turkey gobble from the roost that he was in love with that sound and has been going strong ever since!
Steve has hunted turkeys in 5 different states and is only one turkey (his Merriam) away from completing his Grand Slam. He hopes to get his Merriam at a hunt already schedule for this spring in Wyoming.
Besides spending a lot of time in the woods as a hunter, Steve has done both guiding and video work. He has worked and traveled with the TurkeyHuntersMall.com LIVE! Trade Show Booth and works regularly with potential Mall Merchants.
